Roger Daniel Morrison

Roger Daniel "Boone" Morrison, 67, of Point Pleasant, died Tuesday, November 12, 2013, at Pleasant Valley Hospital in Point Pleasant. He was born September 30, 1946, in Clarksburg, WV, a son of the late Harry Daniel Morrison and Virginia Belle (Stutler) Morrison. Roger served his country in the United States Air Force, and had worked for 29 years for the Davis Mechanical Co. of Nashville, TN. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Shawn Michael Morrison; and a nephew, Richard Dale Morrison. He is survived by his brother, Richard (Jacalyn) Morrison of Point Pleasant; one sister, Deborah (Bruno) Rhodes of Shinnston, WV; a niece, Jessica Spires of Point Pleasant; and great nieces and nephews, Cody, Britney, Dillon, and Alexis Morrison, Cole Morrison, and Ty Hunter Spires. There will be no services and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Wilcoxen Funeral Home of Point Pleasant is in charge of arrangements.
