Bracy Dwight Kinnaird

Bracy Dwight Kinnaird, 70, of Point Pleasant, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at home. He was born December 14, 1939 in Apple Grove, a son of the late Harry Franklin "Buster" and Belva (Duncan) Kinnaird. Bracy was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, son and brother. He attended New Hope Bible Baptist Church in Point Pleasant, and was a retired A.E.P. employee from the Philip Sporn Plant in New Haven. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Delores Collins and Glenna Beaty. Bracy is survived by his wife, Dorothy Mae (Buckle) Kinnaird; two daughters, Lori Ann Doss of Paducah, Kentucky and Sherri Lynn Steelman of Charlotte, North Carolina; a son and daughter-in-law, John Eric and Angela Sue Kinnaird of Point Pleasant; grandchildren, Brooke and (Josh) Lovett, Brittany Doss, Kelsey Doss, Jessica and (Chris) Stroud, Gabrielle Steelman, Emily Kinnaird, and Kyle Kinnaird; great grandchildren, Mason and Madison Lovett and Carson Stroud. He is also survived by, two sisters and brothers-in-law, Ella "Toots" and Calvin Bumgardner of Plant City, Florida, and Phyllis and Marlin Price of Apple Grove; special cousin and very best friend, Ferrell Kinnaird; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, April 24, 2010 at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant with Pastor Dean Warner officiating. Burial will follow in the Beale Cemetery in Apple Grove. Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m., Friday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.wilcoxenfuneralhome.com.
