William Robert "Bill-Pepper King" Reebel Jr., 62, of Gallipolis Ferry, died Friday, March 25, 2016, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. He was born September 13, 1953, in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late William Robert Reebel Sr. and Sara Reebel Perkert of Poughkeepsie, NY. Bill was a member of Christ Episcopal Church in Point Pleasant. He was an Eagle Scout, a graduate of Roy C. Ketcham High School Class of 1971 and Michigan State University Class of 1975. Bill was instrumental with the Point Pleasant Farmers Market, a member of the Farm Bureau, and provided produce to the senior center in Point Pleasant. In addition to his mother Sara Reebel Perkert, he is survived by one sister, Annette Reebel McMahon of Endwell, NY; two nephews, Christopher (Jillian) McMahon of Stroudsburg, PA and David (Tara) McMahon of Brooklyn, NY; and great-nieces and great-nephew Morgan, Hayden and Reagan McMahon. A funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 30, 2016, at Christ Episcopal Church in Point Pleasant, with the Rev. Marie Mulford officiating. Burial will follow at Kirkland Memorial Gardens in Point Pleasant. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant.
