William Robert Jeffers

William Robert Jeffers, 66, of Southside, WV died Tuesday, November 28, 2007 at Cornerstone Hospital in Huntington, WV. William was a farmer working on the Wallis Farm. He was born June 12, 1941 in Southside, WV to the late Robert F. Jeffers and Betty Imogene (Hudson) Jeffers. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Jeffers. Surviving are four brothers, Perry (Rose) Jeffers, Silas Jeffers, and Michael Jeffers all of Southside; and Paul (Misty) Jeffers of Abington, VA; five sisters, Juanita Walker of Apple Grove; Clara (David) Jordan of Gallipolis Ferry; Lucy (Bert) Flora of Southside; Linda (Gilbert) Logan of Henderson; and Maxine (Darrell) Coyner of Scott Depot; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be 1:00 p.m. Sunday, December 2, 2007 at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home with Rev. Fred McCallister officiating. Burial will follow in the Harmony Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
