William Irvin Grady

William Irvin Grady, 79, of Bidwell, OH, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at the Abbyshire Place in Bidwell.

He was born August 13, 1945, in Buffalo, WV, a son of the late Jon Oliver Grady and Iona Virginia (Craig) Grady.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Dreama Diane (Haynes) Grady; a daughter, Kandi Renee Grady; and a sister, Barbara Jean Wilkerson.

William was a member of First Baptist Church of Mason, WV and a former pastor of Judson Chapel in Scott Depot, WV. He had retired from Union Carbide as a laborer.

He is survived by five children, Rob (Carla) Grady of Letart, Shelly (Eddie) Withrow of New Hampshire, Mary LeMaster of Cross Lanes, Caleb (Haley) Grady of St. Albans and Sherry (Terrell) Surrency of Georgia; multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers, Danny Grady of South Carolina and Jerry Grady of Buffalo; and a sister, Cindy Fox of Buffalo.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, August 26, 2024, at the Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens Chapel in Cross Lanes, WV, with Pastor Rob Grady officiating.  Burial will follow at Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens in Cross Lanes.

Arrangements are under the direction of Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant.
