Tammy Rene Fowler

Tammy Rene Russell Fowler, 59, of Point Pleasant, passed away Monday, May 10, 2021, at Pleasant Valley Hospital. She was born May 21, 1961, in Point Pleasant, a daughter of the late Karen Lee (Cooper) Russell and Eddie Russell Jr. of Chester, OH. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Eddie and Virginia (Booth) Russell and Clem and Leota Cooper. Tammy was a former secretary at John Sang Ford in Gallipolis, OH, after graduating with a technical degree in business.Tammy enjoyed spending time with family and her dogs.She was caring and nurturing to others.She had a devotion and strong faith in the Lord.She had a warm spirit and a way of making others feel special.Her smile brightened a room and her laugh was contagious.She will be deeply missed. In addition to her father, she is survived by a brother, Eddie Lee and Lois Russell of Long Bottom, OH; two sisters, Eddena and Tyler Roberts of Coolville, OH and Jesi Bentley of Middleport, OH; nieces, Tiffany Stewart and (Andy Sammons), Jenna Marshall and Christina Smith; a special friend, Jack Hannan of Point Pleasant and daughter Holly (Steve) McCullough of Colorado Springs, CO; and numerous aunts, uncles, great nieces and nephews. A private memorial service will be held. Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant is in charge of arrangements.
