Stephen L. Kayser

Stephen L. Kayser, 49, of Purcellville, Virginia died Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at home. He was born August 14, 1956 in Gallipolis, Ohio to the late Joseph L. Kayser and Dottie J. (Mayes) Kayser Eads. Steve was employed as a Program Administrator for the Loudoun Co. Department of Building and Development. He was a graduate of Point Pleasant High School Class of 1974 and West Virginia University in 1979. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Dottie J. and Walter O. Eads, Jr. of Point Pleasant; a daughter, Krysten Kayser of Ashburn, VA; a son, Samuel Kayser of Ashburn, VA; a brother and sister-in-law, Scott and Elizabeth Kayser of Pittsburgh, PA; a sister and brother-in-law, Teresa and Randy Kinnard of Apple Grove, WV; and a special friend, Debra Jenkins of Purcellville, VA. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 3, 2006 at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home with the Minister George Topping officiating. Burial will follow in the Kirkland Memorial Gardens in Point Pleasant. Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Sunday, July 2, 2006 at the funeral home.
