Shirley Rae Newbanks

Shirley R. Newbanks, 79, of New Haven, passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2019, at home. She was born February 3, 1940, in Parkersburg, WV, a daughter of the late Luther Glenn Newbanks and Sarah Elizabeth (Canfield) Newbanks. Shirley was the former restaurant owner of "Shirley's Place" in Parkersburg. She is survived by one daughter; two sons; a sister; and five grandchildren. There will be no public services. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant is in charge of arrangements.
