Shannon Ray Rose

Shannon Ray Rose, 44, of Ashton died Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at the Cleveland Clinic. He was born October 20, 1964 in Huntington, WV to Deloris Ann Hobbs and the late David Lewis Rose. Shannon is survived by his companion, Kimberly Dawn Chapman of Ashton; his children, Shannon Ray Rose II of Milton, Shannon Lewis Rose of Ashton, Shena Nichole Rose of Virginia, Brittany Chapman of Ashton, Nikki Chapman of Ashton, Kayla Chapman of Ashton, and Christina Chapman of Ashton; several brothers and sisters; and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 1p.m., Thursday, October 22, 2009 at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home with Rev. Harvey Langdon officiating. Burial will follow in the Pete Meadows Cemetery in Glenwood.
