Ruth Ann Butler

Ruth Ann (Yoder) Butler, 44 of Point Pleasant, went to be with the Lord, Saturday, May 22, 2010 at home. She was born October 10, 1965, in Gallipolis, Ohio, a daughter of Leon and Isabelle Yoder of Point Pleasant. Ruth Ann graduated from Point Pleasant High School Class of 1983, and attended Marshall University where she graduated with a degree in accounting. She was employed by City National Bank in Point Pleasant. She was a loving and caring mother, who devoted herself to the love of her life, her son Shelby Butler, 12 years of age. In addition, she was also an avid animal lover. Surviving in addition to her parents and son, are four sisters, Vanessa (Brian) Jacob of St. Petersburg, FL, Cindy Yoder of Coldwater, MI, Connie Yoder of Left Hand, WV, and Belle Marie Bird of Sevierville, TN; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 29, 2010 at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home with Pastor Rob Grady officiating. Burial will follow in the Kirkland Memorial Gardens in Point Pleasant.
