Richard Wilson Woodall, 56, of West Columbia, WV died Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at Lakin Hospital. He was born July 17, 1952 in Huntington, WV to the late Woodrow Woodall and Elizabeth Woodall. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Thursday, June 18 at the Lakin Chapel with Pastor Charles Staats II officiating. Burial will follow in the Lakin Cemetery.
