Reba Clair Gordon, 67, of Leon, WV, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at Algart Health Care in Cleveland. She was born August 15, 1951, in Leon, a daughter of the late Dencil C. Gordon and Madge L. (Nunley) Gordon. Reba was a member of the Church of Christ in Christian Union in Point Pleasant. She was a graduate of Point Pleasant High School Class of 1972 and had worked as a waitress for Tu-Endie-Wei Restaurant and Gino's in Point Pleasant. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Donald Wayne Gordon and sisters, Patricia Gordon and Frances Thornton. Reba is survived by a son, Michael A. King of Point Pleasant; grandchildren, Zoie Hill, Nona Hill, Azrael Hill, Kalel King and Lillian King. She is also survived by sisters, Dottie Casto, Ellen (Leonard) McDaniel and Alice Hatcher all of Leon; and brothers, James Gordon and Ray (Helen) Gordon of Leon; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be 1 p.m. Friday, June 7, 2019, at Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, with Pastor Charles Birchfield officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery in Leon. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the funeral service Friday at the funeral home.
