Randell L. Neal

Randell Lee Neal Sr., 71, of Henderson died Saturday, Feb. 14, 2009 at Cornerstone Hospital in Huntington, WV. He was a retired engineer with over 40 years service from Ingram Coal Company. Randell was born May 25, 1937 in Gallipolis Ferry to the late John W. Neal and Maude E. (Price) Neal Kelley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Jonathan Neal; a brother, Robert "Bobby" Neal; and a sister, Pamela S. Neal Lyons. Surviving are his children, Kathy Neal and Lesley Simpkins of Point Pleasant, Randell Neal Jr. of South Point, Ohio, and Keith Neal of Troutman, North Carolina; three step children, Julia King, James Love, and Crystal Love all of Point Pleasant; one sister, Violet Pyles of Henderson; a special niece, Amber White of Point Pleasant; special friends, Jack McCoy and Elmer Walker of Henderson; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 18 at Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant with Rev. Randy Parsons officiating. Burial will follow in Wyoma Cemetery in Gallipolis Ferry.
