Pauletta Taylor

Pauletta Taylor, 76, of Apple Grove, WV, went home to be with her Lord Sunday, December 17, 2023, at Cabell Huntington Hospital, with her family by her side.

She was born August 24, 1947, in Point Pleasant, a daughter of the late Paul Frederick Greenlee and Hazel Oselene (Kimberling) Taven.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Joe Tavan.

Pauletta was a graduate of Point Pleasant High School and had owned a ceramic shop for many years out of her home. She operated Happy Tracks Groom and Bath with her daughter Valerie in Point Pleasant for many years.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Larry E. Taylor of Apple Grove; a daughter, Valerie Taylor of Point Pleasant; a sister and lifelong friend, Dianne LeMasters of Florida; and many lifelong friends and clients.

In honoring Paulette's request there will be no public services.  Burial will be held in the Lewis Cemetery in Gallipolis Ferry at the convenience of the family.  Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant is in charge of arrangements.
