Paul E. Rollins

Paul E. Rollins, 71, of Point Pleasant, passed away Saturday, January 29, 2022, at Pleasant Valley Hospital in Point Pleasant. He was born April 9, 1950, in Point Pleasant, a son of the late Wade L. Rollins and Mary R. (McCarty) Rollins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Chad L. Rollins. Paul was a graduate of Point Pleasant High School Class of 1968 and a member of the Loyal Order of Moose 732, American Legion Post 23, Minturn Lodge No. 19 AF & AM all of Point Pleasant and a 32 degree Mason in the Scottish Rite of Charleston, WV.He was the owner of Paul's Food Mart in Point Pleasant. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Shelia L. (Wamsley) Rollins of Point Pleasant; sons, Paul David Rollins of Point Pleasant and Nicholas Dean Rollins of Point Pleasant; and three granddaughters, Ariat R. Rollins, Cierra L. Rollins and Miley N. Rollins all of Point Pleasant.He is also survived by sisters, Nancy and Bill Holland of Leon and Coni Roese and Rusty Wood Jr. of Point Pleasant; brothers, Wade and Krista Rollins of Point Pleasant, Terry and Kathy Rollins of Point Pleasant and Steve and Wilma Rollins of Point Pleasant; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, February 3, 2022, at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, with Pastor Mark Oliver officiating.Burial will follow at the Forest Hills Cemetery in Letart.The family will receive friends two hours prior to the funeral service Thursday at the funeral home.
