Paul Richard "Rich" Gleason

Paul Richard "Rich" Gleason, 72, of Mason, WV, died Thursday, October 6, 2011 at the Huntington Health and Rehabilitation Center in Huntington, WV. He was born August 26, 1939 in Point Pleasant, WV to the late Clarence Leo Gleason and Opal May (Rainey) Gleason. Rich was a member of New Hope Bible Baptist Church and Power in the Blood Ministry. He was retired from the Mason County School System where he worked for 18 years as a bus driver. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Robby Jay Gleason; and one sister, Susie McDaniel. Rich is survived by his wife, Joyce Gleason of Mason; three sons, Joseph Richard (Elaine) Gleason of Grove City, OH, Denny Lee (Carol) Gleason of Orlando, FL, and Rodney Leroy (Tonya) Gleason of Point Pleasant; one daughter, Heidi Louise (Jason) Ralbusky of Point Pleasant; the mother of his children, Alice Gleason; ten grandchildren, Miranda Gleason, Tyler Gleason, Lee Gleason, Catherine Gleason, Bobbie Jo Henry, Chelsea Gleason, Jacob Gleason, Braydon Ralbusky, Hailey Ralbusky, and Hannah Ralbusky; one brother, Clarence "Jugs" (Brenda) Gleason of Point Pleasant; and three sisters, Carrie (Carmen) Vigliotti of Point Pleasant, Violet "Cookie" (Frank) Krautter of Gallipolis, OH, and Jeanie (Frank) Lewis of Columbus, OH. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Sunday, October 9, 2011 at Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant with Ronnie Cremeans officiating. Burial will follow in Kirkland Memorial Gardens in Point Pleasant.
