Pamela Sue Cullen

Pamela Sue Cullen, 60, of Leon, WV, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at Rivers Health in Point Pleasant.

She was born April 17, 1963, in Gallipolis, OH, a daughter of the late James Alan Capehart and Margaret Ann (Long) Capehart.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Valerie Lynn Capehart.

Pam was a graduate of Point Pleasant High School and attended Heights United Methodist Church in Point Pleasant.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph E. Cullen of Leon; sons, Jeremiah Cullen and Charles R. Stewart of Leon; a brother, James A. "Jim" Capehart II of Columbus, OH; and several grandchildren.

At Pam's request, there will be no services.  Arrangements are under the direction of Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant.
