Norma Louise Duncan

Norma Louise Duncan, 82, of Point Pleasant, passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington, WV. She was born November 4, 1939, in Webster Springs, WV, a daughter of the late Cecil Crowe and Goldie (Life) Crowe. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Willard Crowe, John Crowe, Verlin Crowe and Kenneth Ray "Tinker" Crowe; and two sisters, Virginia Davis and Carrie Ashcraft. Norma was a graduate of Webster County High School class of 1958 and a graduate of Morris Harvey College School of Nursing. She was a registered nurse at Pleasant Valley Hospital, Charleston Area Medical Center and retired from Holzer Hospital. She is survived by her husband, William Spencer "Pete" Duncan of Point Pleasant; and a son, Joseph Edward Dressler, Jr. of Point Pleasant. There will be a private graveside service and burial Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at Beale Chapel Cemetery in Apple Grove, with Pastor Jonathan Pinson officiating.
