Nora W. Lewis

Nora W. Lewis, 91, of Point Pleasant, passed away Monday, December 31, 2018, at Pleasant Valley Hospital in Point Pleasant. She was born December 29, 1927, a daughter of the late John and Ula Wolfe. Nora was a graduate and Valedictorian of Racine High School, Class of 1945, and worked at the Mason County Court House, County Clerk's Office and retired from Damon Morgan Prosecuting Attorney's Office as secretary. She had been active in Pleasant Valley Hospital's Auxiliary and was a member of the Jolly Dozen club. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Addy, Mary and Odessa; and a brother, Austin. Nora is survived by her husband, James H. Lewis of Point Pleasant; children, Rebecca (Don) Lambert of Darwin, OH, Dr. James Jr. (Patricia) Lewis of Jacksonville, FL, Barbara (Stan) Bordman of Point Pleasant and Connie (John) Rottgen of Orlando, FL. She is also survived by grandchildren, Windi (Joe) Kapraun, RF (Aimee) Stein, Jamie (CJ) Youmans, Christopher (Tricia) Bordman, Chad(Kourtney) Bordman, Cam (Kara) Bordman, Robin (Corey) Muser and Jeremy (Teneil) Rottgen; great-grandchildren, Addyson, Gracyn, and Weston Stein, Delany and Cooper Youmans, Ethan, Owen, Eliza, Vonya and Yulia Bordman, Amelia, Sloane and Josephine Bordman, Jacob Scott, Corey Jr. and Doug Muser, and Jaiden and Joshua Rottgen; and brothers, Aaron, Tom and Victor all of Racine, OH. Jim Lewis A funeral service will be 1 p.m., Thursday, January 3, 2019, at Wilcoxen Funeral Home with Pastor Brian May and Pastor Charles Marker officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery in Letart, WV. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the funeral service Thursday at the funeral home.
