Nancy L. Wick

Nancy L. Wick, 79, of Point Pleasant, passed away Friday, January 11, 2019, at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV. She was born January 8, 1940, in Huntington, a daughter of the late Marion V. and Margaret L. (Thompson) McNeeley. Nancy was a member of New Hope Bible Baptist Church in Point Pleasant. She was a graduate of Huntington East High School, a retired pharmacy tech for Rite Aid in Barboursville, WV and former caretaker of the West Virginia State Farm Museum. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" Wick. She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Amy and James Lewis of Leon and Teresa Beth and Mark James of St. Albans, WV; four grandchildren, Jamie Lewis, Matthew Lewis, Lindsey James and Megan James; one sister, Marsha Stanley of Michigan; two brothers, Bill (Pam) McNeely and Phillip (Ruby) Daniels both of Florida; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 15, 2019, at Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, with Pastor Mel Mock officiating. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Barboursville. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service Tuesday at the funeral home.
