Nancy Jane (Dial) Nibert, 87, of Apple Grove, went to Heaven March 26, 2017. She was born December 21, 1929, in West Huntington, WV, the youngest child of the late Rev. Robert Jefferson Dial and Bonnie Dora Maxwell Dial. Nancy lived and attended school in Huntington, until 1942 when she and her parents moved to a farm on the river at Apple Grove. She attended school at Point Pleasant and graduated from Point Pleasant High School in 1947. She was a faithful member of Beale Chapel Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Dale Wendell Nibert; brothers, Harold, Bob, Kenneth and Bill Dial; sisters, Ethyl Dial, Jewell Dial, Eloise Dial, Maybel Sullivan, Opal Elcan and Juanita Dial; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Russell Nibert and Mary Francis Booth Nibert; and son-in-law, Larry Martin. She was a loving mother and grandmother to her children, Judge David William Nibert and wife Harriett of Point Pleasant, Carol Jane Martin of Apple Grove and Mary Rebecca Woodward and husband George of Point Pleasant; grandchildren, Amy Elizabeth Nibert Wenerstrom and Stewart of Marysville, OH, Jennifer Lynn Martin Henderson and Scott of Apple Grove, Jason Paul Martin of Scott Depot, Rachel Jane Felker Smith and Dell of Jackson, OH, Matthew Dallas Kayser of Point Pleasant and Jeremy Rizer of Blountsville, AL; great-grandchildren, Megan, Emily, Sam and Max Wenerstrom, Brandon Scott Henderson, Allison Dale Henderson, Kennedy Jane Smith and forthcoming arrival baby boy Smith in June; and sister-in-law, Virginia Thomas Dial of Lebanon, VA. A funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday, March 31, 2017, at the Beale Chapel Church in Apple Grove, with Rev. Tom Moore officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant. In lieu of flowers, for those considering an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be made to Beale Chapel Cemetery Fund, 26075 Huntington Road, Apple Grove, WV 25502.
