Michele Janeen Guyton

Michele Janeen Dunlap Guyton, 68, passed away peacefully after many years of declining health on Sunday, November 5, 2023, in the loving arms of her only child.

She was born on August 24, 1955, in Charleston, WV to the late Eugene "Gene" W. Dunlap and Evada Kearns Dunlap.

Michelle Janeen was a 1973 graduate of Point Pleasant High School and a resident of Point Pleasant at the time of her final illness.

She is survived by her daughter Melodie Leach and son-in-law Brett Leach of Letart, WV; her grandson Sean Jarrell of Jackson, OH; her grandson Colt Polen of Letart, WV; and her brother Mike Dunlap and his wife Beth Dunlap of Dallas, TX.

Public visitation will be held starting at 1:00  p.m. on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, followed at 1:30 p.m. by funeral services officiated by Pastor Jonathan Pinson of Grace Baptist Church.  After the service, burial will proceed at Kirkland Memorial Gardens in Point Pleasant.
