Marybeth Pyles

Marybeth Pyles, 66, of Gallipolis Ferry, passed away Saturday, June 12, 2021, at Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, WV. She was born September 15, 1954, in New Eagle, PA, a daughter of the late Patsy Pileggi and Mary Rita (Perecko) Pileggi. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, John Pileggi; brother-in-law, Terry Evans; in-laws, Charles W. Pyles Jr., Virginia Pyles Long and Woodrow Long; step-daughter, Rhonda (Pyles) Toney and son-in-law, Brian Toney. Marybeth was a member of Faith Gospel Church at Gallipolis Ferry.She was a graduate of Ringgold High School Class of 1972 and furthered her education at Glenville State College, Class of 1976.She was a retired teacher with 40 yrs. service with the Mason County Board of Education. She is survived by her husband, Bobby P. Pyles of Gallipolis Ferry; son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Marian Pyles of Elkins, WV; granddaughters, Clara and Chelsea Pyles of Elkins; a sister, Rosanne Evans of White Oak, PA; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Fred and April Pyles of Gallipolis Ferry and David and Connie Pyles of Dickson, TN; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 17, 2021, at Faith Gospel Church in Gallipolis Ferry, with Rev. Josh Fisher officiating.Burial will follow in the Kirkland Memorial Gardens in Point Pleasant.The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service Thursday at the church.
