Mary Linda Pickard

Mary Linda Pickard, 84, of Patriot, OH, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at her home.

She was born September 16, 1938, in Dayton, OH, a daughter of the late Mearle S. and Martha L. (Tompert) Wick.

Mary was a member of the Bulaville Church of Gallipolis, OH. She was a graduate of Northridge High School in Dayton and the Columbus School of Art. During her working years, Mary was the secretary for B. L. Pickard Enterprises of Northridge, OH, served as the Harrison Township Clerk in Ohio and a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Bruce List Pickard of Patriot; a son, Robert "Rob" Bruce Pickard of Patriot; grandchildren, Lorian (Mick) Skull of Dayton and Steven Pickard of Lake Erie, OH; and brothers, Ronald (Judy) Wick of Englewood, OH and Gary (Jackie) Wick of Butler Township, OH.

A graveside service and burial will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, May 19, 2023, at the Nebo Cemetery in Patriot, OH, with Pastor Bob Hood officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant.
