Mary Ann Frances Williams

Mary Ann Frances Williams, 87, of Gallipolis Ferry, passed away Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Point Pleasant. She was born January 6, 1934, in Charleston, WV, a daughter of the late Oscar H. Smith and Gladys F. (Gunno) Smith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Roy Williams; a son, Delbert Roy Williams; grandsons, Jeremy Scott Williams and David Scott Williams; daughter-in-law, Rebecca Williams; three sisters; and two brothers. Ann attended Concord Baptist Church in Henderson and was a homemaker. She is survived by sons and daughter-in-law, Michael Williams of Gallipolis Ferry, Kenneth and Genia Williams of Gallipolis Ferry and Daniel Williams of Wheelersburg, OH; five grandchildren, Jessica (Josh) Riffle, Tiffany Williams, Scott (Shaylene) Martin, Crissy Martin and Kendra Williams; 10 great-grandchildren; a sister, Faye Peyton of Charleston; brother-in-law, Floyd Fauber of Charleston; and sister-in-law, Geraldine Smith of Columbus, OH. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 9, 2021, at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, with Pastor Justin Moran officiating.Burial will follow at Concord Cemetery in Henderson.The family will receive friends two hours prior to the funeral service Friday at the funeral home. Social distancing will be observed and face masks are required.
