Martha Anne Martin

Martha Anne Martin, 83, of Fraziers Bottom, WV, passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at home.

She was born April 18, 1941, in Pliny, WV, a daughter of the late Clay Frazier and Thelma Hazelleen (Dunn) Frazier.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Religh Dean Martin; and sisters, Helen Hope Peal and Elizabeth Betty Skolnick.

Martha was a graduate of Hannan High School, Class of 1958 and a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Releigh Rickey Martin; children, Bryan E. (Irene) Martin of Fraziers Bottom and Erron Montique Martin of Bucyrus, OH; three grandchildren, Jimmy E. Martin of Bucyrus, Sarah Ann DeLaughter (Jason) of Puerto Rico and Jacob B. Martin (DeAnn) of Fraziers Bottom; seven great-grandchildren; a sister, Tammy Henry of North Carolina; a brother-in-law, Wayne Peal of North Carolina; and nieces and nephew, Heather Hall, Ashley Henry, Megan Henry and David Peal.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, October 11, 2024, at Mount Union Church in Pliny, WV, with Bryan E. Martin officiating.  Arrangements are under the direction of Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant.
