Mark Allen Huffman

Mark Allen Huffman, 68, of Letart, passed away at home after a short illness Sunday, March 10, 2024.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Barbara Huffman McCoy and Troy "Shorty" Huffman; and a brother, Scott Huffman.

Mark was a 1973 graduate of Point Pleasant High School.  He attended Glenville State University, where he was a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity.  He also studied Criminal Justice at Marshall University.  He had worked for the Department of Highways out of the Huntington, West Virginia District Office for 36 years.  He was baptized and confirmed in the Catholic Church.

He is survived by his loving and dedicated wife of 48 years, Jenny Thomas Huffman; three daughters, Nicki (Jason) Barnette, Marianne Parsons and Soni (Jordan) Roush; stepmother, Polly Sheppard Huffman; brother, Shawn (Gina) Huffman; sister, Suzy Frye Litchfield; granddaughters, Quinn, Avery, Paislee, Khloe and Hadley; and a grandson, Hudson.

At Mark's request, there will be no public services.  Arrangements are under the direction of Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant.
