Margie Jane Hart

Margie Jane Hart, 67, of Leon, went home to be with her Lord Tuesday, January 2, 2018, at Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Point Pleasant, WV. She was born October 29, 1950, in Columbus, OH, a daughter of the late Robert Fillmore McDade Sr. and Viola Jane (McClure) McDade of Leon. Margie was a member of the Women of the Moose, Point Pleasant Lodge No. 731 and attended Krebs Chapel in Point Pleasant. She was a homemaker and had worked as a nurse's aide at Holzer Medical Center, Pleasant Valley Hospital, Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and Lakin Hospital. In addition to her mother, she is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Casey and Sarah Hart of Letart; a daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and David Westfall of Point Pleasant; three grandchildren; Dustin Hart, Jennifer Westfall and Makayla Westfall; three brothers and sister-in-law, Buck McDade of Leon, Roger and Debbie McDade of Southside and David McDade of Point Pleasant; three sisters and brother-in-law, Joyce Cheesebrew of Gallipolis, OH, Kate Stone of Point Pleasant and Pat and John Johnson of Gallipolis, OH; multiple nieces, nephews and a special friend, Tom Wilson of Leon. A funeral service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, January 6, 2018, at Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, with Rev. David Kinder officiating. Burial will follow at the Smith Cemetery in Leon. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service Saturday at the funeral home.
