Lois Anne Stewart

Lois Anne Stewart, 79, of Point Pleasant, passed away Sunday, April 18, 2021, at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, WV. She was born December 14, 1941, in Ironton, OH, a daughter of the late Joe and Goldie M. (Brumfield) Starr. Lois was a graduate of Birch High School, Class of 1958.She attended the Henderson Church of Christ in Henderson and had worked as a pharmacy technician at local pharmacies. Lois is survived by her husband of 60 years, James E. "Jim" Stewart of Point Pleasant; daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie A. and Kenneth Killingsworth of Point Pleasant; son and daughter-in-law, James G. and Sandi Stewart of Chesapeake, OH; grandchildren, Danielle Elaine Stewart and Kathryn Ann Stewart of Chesapeake, OH, and Joseph Gregory Killingsworth and Casey Lee Killingsworth of Point Pleasant; and a brother, Eddie J. (Joyce) Starr of Raceland, KY. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, with Minister Bill Deem officiating.Burial will follow at Kirkland Memorial Gardens in Point Pleasant.The family will receive friends two hours prior to the funeral service Wednesday at the funeral home.
