Lesa Ann Withers

Lesa Ann Withers, 61, of The Plains, Ohio, passed away Friday, May 10, 2024, at O'Bleness Hospital in Athens, OH.

She was born July 16, 1962, in Gallipolis, OH, a daughter of the late Jackie B. and Phyllis Ann (Nibert) Stevens.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Worthy F. and Thelma Nibert; and paternal grandparents, Ogden and Anna Laura Stevens.

Lesa was a graduate of Point Pleasant High School Class of 1980 and had worked as a bank teller.

She is survived by her son, T.J. Withers of Nelsonville, OH; sisters and brothers-in-law, Lora and Larry Hesson of Longs, SC and Susan and Rob Hauman of Culpeper, VA; a niece, Sarah Beth Hesson; nephews, Samuel Jay Hesson and Marshall Robert Hauman; and special friends, Juanita McLeod, Nancy Withers and Tina Wachenschwanz.

A private graveside service and burial will be held at the Beale Chapel Cemetery in Apple Grove, with Ronnie Cremeans officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant.
