Kimberly Gail Hensley, 54, of West Columbia, passed away Thursday, July 6, 2017, at home surrounded by her family. She was born July 14, 1962, in Gallipolis, OH, a daughter of the late Delores M. (Lilly) Taylor and Richard O. Taylor of Ravenswood. Kim was a graduate of Point Pleasant High School Class of 1980 and worked for Brown Electric in Dunbar, WV as office manager. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by one brother, Kevin Lee Taylor. Kim is survived by her husband, Randy L. Hensley of West Columbia; daughter and son-in-law, Malisha (Nick) Rogers of South Charleston; son, Christopher Arrington of Dayton, OH; father and stepmother, Richard O. and Annabelle Taylor of Ravenswood; and four grandchildren, Kayce Arrington and Colby Arrington of West Columbia, Timra Strain and Paislee Rogers of South Charleston. She is also survived by a brother, Mark (Celia) Taylor of Apple Grove; three step-sisters, Brenda Sullivan of Lithia Springs, GA, Cheryl Poling of Ripley and Karla Kennerman of Douglasville, GA; half-brother, Travis (Brooke) Bias of Blue Springs, MO; a special aunt, Linda Moore; special friend, Trenda Newell; three nephews; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, July 9, 2017, at Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, with Pastor Jason Simpkins officiating. Burial will follow at Kirkland Memorial Gardens in Point Pleasant. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
