Judith Ann Adams

Judith Ann Adams, age 85 of Letart, WV passed away Saturday, December 21, 2024, peacefully with her family by her side.

She was born July 6, 1939, at Holzer Hospital, in Gallipolis, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late Harley A. and Lorena M. (Bright) Bonecutter. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Greg Bonecutter, sister Lucretia (Che Che) Marks, son Daron J. Blessing, Son- in Law, Dave Darst, and grandchildren Jeremy and Derek Blessing.

Judith was a member of the General Assembly of the Body of Christ Church in Letart, which was established by her parents.  She was a graduate of Point Pleasant High School Class of 1957, former executive secretary for the President of Citizens National Bank, Farm Bureau Insurance Agent, and paralegal for Williams, Patel, and Dunker law firm in Kent, Ohio.

She is survived by her son (daughter-in-law) Faron (Cindy) Blessing, of Batesville, IN, daughter Sheryl Darst, Letart, WV, and youngest son (daughter-in-law) Aron (Shirley) Blessing, of Galloway, Oh., stepdaughter Teresa (Tim) Brown, Winfield, WV, remaining sister Christi (Charlie) Francis of Letart, WV, grandchildren, Brandon (Rhastina) Blessing, Parker (Nadia) Blessing, Raven Darst (Aron Zerkle), Nina Blessing, Anthony (Roxanne) Blessing, Aleah and Chase Blessing, Derek and Brittany Massile, Brooke Leonard, Jamie Leonard, and great-grandchildren, Preston and Lila Blessing, Norah and Niam Blessing, Aiden Darst, Isaiah Hoffman, Iryss Blessing, Rihannon and Chandler Rife, and Sam and Ruth Williamson.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, December 28, 2024, at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home, in Point Pleasant, with her Nephew Travis Schultz officiating.  Burial will follow at the Suncrest Cemetery, in Point Pleasant. Visitation will be from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. prior to the service, at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to the St. Jude Children Research or to the Alzheimer's Association for Dementia Research.
