Joseph Michael Harvath

Joseph Michael "Mike" Harvath, 69, of Point Pleasant, WV, died Friday, August 3, 2018 at Pleasant Valley Hospital in Point Pleasant. He was born August 27, 1948, in Huntington, WV, a son of the late Joseph Harvath and Beatrice (Eggles) Harvath. Mike was a graduate of Huntington East High School and Marshall University. He was retired from Verizon. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Sovine; and one brother, Art Harvath. He is survived by his wife, Judith Lynn (Bell) Harvath of Point Pleasant; two daughters and son-in-law, Kira M. Harvath of Corte Madera, CA and Amanda Lynn (Jason) Weinberger of Chicago, IL; one grandson, Henry Harvath Weinberger of Chicago, IL. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Saturday, August 11, 2018, at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant.
