Jeremy Dean Blessing

Jeremy Dean Blessing, 35, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at Grant Hospital in Columbus, surrounded by family. He was born July 24, 1987, in Columbus, a son of Aron Dean Blessing and Deidra Sue Mcgonigle. Jeremy had attended Westland High School in Galloway, Ohio. He worked at Pecan Penny's and volunteered at The Open Shelter.He loved to walk and skateboard wherever he went.He was a loving son and brother. Jeremy is survived by his father, Aron Dean (Shirley) Blessing; mother, Deidra Sue Mcgonigle; brothers, Anthony (Roxann) Blessing and Chase Blessing; a sister, Aleah Blessing; grandfather, Paul Martin; grandmother, Judith Adams; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Herman Blessing; grandmother, Phyllis Martin; and an uncle, Daron Blessing. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday, September 24, 2022, at the Wilcoxen Funeral 2226 Jackson Avenue, Point Pleasant, WV 25550.
