James Andrew Laudermilt

James Andrew Laudermilt, 61, of West Columbia, died Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at Lakin Hospital. He was born February 11, 1949, in Mason, WV, a son of the late Herbert Laudermilt and Freda Mae (Edwards) Laudermilt. He had worked as a general laborer on construction. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by, an infant son; and brothers and sister, James Bland, Larry Laudermilt, Gary Laudermilt, John Laudermilt and Betty Laudermilt. James is survived by his children, Jamie Hudson, Andy (Donna) Jones of Mason, Michael (Stephanie) Jones of Pomeroy, Ohio, Robert Jones of West Columbia, and Kathy Mae Jones of West Columbia; companion, Shirley Jones of West Columbia; two brothers, Charales "Ted" (Janet) Bland of Huntsville, OH, and Walter (Judy) Laudermilt of Racine, OH; one sister, Marie (Dennis) Harris of Pomeroy, OH; one sister-in-law, Hattie Laudermilt of Racine, OH; several grandchildren; and special friend, Billy Brimley. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, October 8, 2010 at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant with Rev. Herman Stewart officiating.
