Inez I. Camden 97, of Point Pleasant died Monday, November 17, 2008 in Pleasant Valley Hospital. She was born March 29, 1911 in Alcott, WV to the late Fred Rogers and Audrey (Douglass) Rogers. Inez was a homemaker and member of First Church of God in Point Pleasant. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Camden; son, Freddie Camden; brothers, Rex Rogers and Douglas Rogers; and a sister, Agnes Bauman. Surviving are a daughter, Retha L. Camden of Point Pleasant; a son and daughter-in-law, David and Francine Camden of Hardin, Montana; a sister, Phyllis (Bill) Adams of Delaware, OH; special friend, Doris Stewart of Point Pleasant; three grandchildren, Dr. Nicole Camden-Gore, Charles Camden III, and Davin B. Camden; and nine great grandchildren. Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 21, 2008 at the Suncrest Cemetery with Pastor Carl Swisher officiating. There will be no visitation.
