Hildreth E Drake

Hildreth E. Drake, 82, of Point Pleasant died Saturday, June 30, 2007 at Pleasant Valley Hospital in Point Pleasant. Hildreth was a homemaker and former employee of Amherst Barge lines as a cook. She was born May 19, 1925 in Point Pleasant to the late Charles Rogers and Ethel (Vansickle) Rogers. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Basil Edward Huddleston; grandsons, Mike Huddleston, Scott Huddleston, and Tommy Huddleston, Jr., a daughter, Gloria Jean Adler; two son-in-laws, Larry Wayne Adler and Kevin Sean Adler; and several brothers and sisters. Surviving are her children, Tom (Sharon) Huddleston of Point Pleasant, David Huddleston of Canton, Ohio; Ruth Ann Huddleson of Canton, Ohio; Bonnie Huddleston of Point Pleasant, and Dottie Lou Adler of Point Pleasant; brothers, Billy Rogers and Shorty Rogers of Columbus, Ohio and Joe Rogers of Florida; sisters, Mary Adams, Jenny Dechess, and Emma Lou Rogers all of Columbus; 21 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation or funeral service.
