Hazel Frances Dunn

Hazel Frances Dunn, 88, of Southside, passed away Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at Arbors at Pomeroy, Pomeroy, OH. She was born December 15, 1932, in Fraziers Bottom, WV, a daughter of the late Willard Anderson Wright and Eva Lena (Doss) Wright. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Lonnie H. Dunn; a brother, Raymond H. Wright; and sisters, Gladys Mildred Plants and Eva Dean Meadows. Hazel was a homemaker and member of Harmony Baptist Church at Southside. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Worthy Benjamin Dunn; a sister, Erma Lucille Meadows of Elyria, OH; and several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 13, 2021, at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, with Pastor David Radcliff officiating.Burial will follow at the Harmony Cemetery in Southside.The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service Saturday at the funeral home.
