Harvey Anderson, 69, of Leon, WV died Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at his residence. He was born on February 23, 1939 in Winfield, WV to the late Iva Reba Anderson McIntyre. Harvey was a farmer and best known as one of West Virginia's best bee keeper's in which he supplied honey to the tri-state area. He was preceded in death by one grandson, Jason Lee Nott and his maternal grandparents, Oliver T. and Mary (Duncan) Anderson. He is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Joyce and Jeff Nott of Guston, KY and Kelley and Todd Wilkinson of Leroy, WV; one son and daughter-in-law, Harvey and Pamela Anderson, Jr. of Ripley, WV; seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Anna and David Morris of Carterville, IL and Barbara and Bob Summer of Winfield, WV; and one brother and sister-in-law, Roger and Lisa McIntyre of Bloomingrose, WV. Services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 25, 2008 at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home with Harvey Tribble officiating. Burial will follow at the Anderson Family Cemetery in Leon, WV.
