Gary Dwight Blaine-Culbertson

Gary Dwight Blaine-Culbertson, 63, of Huntington died Saturday, March 27, 2010 at Lakin Hospital. He was born June 4, 1946 in Monroe, New York, and was a former employee of Adams Car Wash in Huntington. Surviving are his companion, Rosetta "Rosa" Blaine of Huntington; one daughter, Tammy (Clifford) Riley of Huntington; two sons, David Lee (Elaine) Pack III of Colegrove, OH, and Larry Joe Pack of Huntington; and eight grandchildren.
