Gail June Price

Gail June Price, 70, of Apple Grove, went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday, August 30, 2022, at home surrounded by her family. She was born June 27, 1952, in Apple Grove, WV, a daughter of the late James Owen Allen and Coralie Gueneda (Conard) Dunn. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Harvey Henry Price. June was a homemaker and a member of the Addison Freewill Baptist Church in Addison, OH. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Harvey Kevin & Tiffany Price of Gallipolis, OH; daughter and son-in-law, Jackie and Steve Hornsby of Thurman, OH; grandchildren, Levi (Megan) Hornsby of Patriot, OH, Mackenzie (Jacob) Bing of Bidwell, OH, Makayla (Tom) Havranek of Coshocton, OH, Abbie Price of Gallipolis and Zander Price of Gallipolis. She is also survived by a brother, Roger (Darlene) Allen of Germantown, OH; four sisters, Frances (Dannie) Nibert of Bruceton Mills, WV, Barbara (Kenny) Blazer of Point Pleasant, Cathy (Shelby) Searls of Gallipolis Ferry and Lisa (Larry) McCarty of Apple Grove; and special friends, Steve and Linda Critchfield. A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 3, 2022 at the Addison Freewill Baptist Church in Addison, OH, with Speaker Richard Neal and Pastor Josh Searls officiating. Burial will follow at the Addison-Reynolds Cemetery in Addison, OH. Arrangements are under the direction of Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant.
