Freda (Nash) Sadler Webb Benson, 90, of Glenwood died Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington. She was born January 27, 1920, in Barboursville, WV, a daughter of the late Jefferson Nash and Roberta (Dillon) Nash. Freda attended Guyan Creek Church and Palestine Baptist Church, and was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Henry Sadler, Ira Webb and Otis Leo Benson; three sons, Ira Webb Jr, James T. Sadler, and Julius Webb; one grandson, Jeff Sadler; two brothers, Tom Nash and Gary Nash; and two sisters, Lorraine Sizemore and Janice Mills. Surviving are five daughters, Ann (Bill) Dove of Clarksville, Tennessee, Rosemary (Wilson) Gallion of New Hampshire, Glenda (James) Kessick of Ashland, Kentucky, Frances (Dan) McQuire of Canton, Ohio, and Cookie (Dave) Jenkins of Glenwood; two sons, Henry "Jack" Sadler of Glenwood and John (Sharon) Webb of Leon; two brothers, Charles (Myra) Nash of Barboursville and Judith (Nellie) Nash of Atlanta, Georgia; two sisters, Dee Dee Horn of Auburndale, Florida, and Catherine (Jack) Morgan of Barboursville; 22 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, October 16, 2010 at Guyan Creek Church with Pastor Don Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow at the Susie Chapel Cemetery in Huntington. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday, at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant and one hour prior to the service at the church Saturday.
