Frank Ernest Miller

Frank E. Miller, 91, of Point Pleasant, passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2018, at home.He was born February 9, 1927, in Ross County, Ohio, a son of the late Harry O. Miller. Frank served his country in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force, was a member of the Church of Christ in Christian Union of Gallipolis, OH and retired from the James M. Gavin Power Plant in Cheshire, OH.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Virginia Nichols and Margie Poole; and three brothers, Charlie, Harry and Ben Miller.Frank is survived by his wife, Betty Jane (Newell) Miller of Point Pleasant; sister-in-law, Marie E. Plants of Point Pleasant; and a brother, John Miller of Xenia, OH.A funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, July 7, 2018, at the Church of Christ in Christian Union in Gallipolis, OH, with Rev. Bud Allman officiating. Burial will follow at Suncrest Cemetery in Point Pleasant. Military graveside rites will be given by Wright-Patterson Air Force Honor Guard.
