Faye Grace Johnson

Faye Grace (Presley) Johnson, 89, of Point Pleasant, died Thursday, May 17, 2007 at the Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Faye was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church where she was active with the Methodist Women, a member of Order of Eastern Star #75 of Point Pleasant and a homemaker. She was born August 6, 1917 in Fletcher, WV to the late Joseph L. and Laura Presley. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Austin Johnson, a son David Russell Johnson, five sisters and a brother. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Judith Milhoan and Bob Blessing of Point Pleasant; four grandchildren, Gregory Allen (Lisa) Milhoan of Point Pleasant; Jeffrey Scott Milhoan of Glenwood, WV; David Johnson of Wilmington, NC; and Heather Johnson of Wilmington, NC; one brother, Guy (Frances) Presley of Point Pleasant; and eight great-grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, May 20, 2007 at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home with Rev. Richard DeQuasie officiating. Burial will follow in the Suncrest Cemetery in Point Pleasant. Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Trinity United Methodist Church Building Fund at 615 Viand St., Point Pleasant, WV 25550.
