Erin Nichole Jeffers

Erin Nichole Jeffers, 16, of Athens, WV, died Tuesday, January 6, 2015, as the result of an auto accident in Shady Spring, WV. She was born August 2, 1998, in Huntington, WV, a daughter of Kimberley Dawn (Siders) Dial of Athens, WV and Jeffrey Claude Jeffers of Red House, WV. She was preceded in death by paternal grandmother, Judy Gail Jeffers; maternal great grandmother, Brenda F. Smith, and paternal great grandfather, Eli "Mousie" Harry Siders, and uncle, Timothy Eli Siders II. Erin was a junior at Oak Hill High School in Oak Hill, WV and was employed at Winterplace Ski Resort in Ghent, WV. Erin is survived in addition to her parents, by her identical twin sister, Emily Vyvyan Jeffers of Athens, WV; sister, Raighanne Eli Fields of Athens, WV; special "Big Brother" Tyler Smith of Athens, WV; half brother, Cyrus Jeffers of Red House, WV; half sister, Ember Jeffers of Red House, WV; step mother, Ashley Jeffers of Red House, WV; maternal grandparents, Cyndy Siders of Athens, WV and Timothy Siders of Gallipolis Ferry, WV; paternal grandfather, Jim Jeffers of Hurricane, WV; maternal great grandfather, Robert "Jody" Smith of Point Pleasant, WV; paternal great grandparents, Nora G. and Ronnie Hill of Huntington, WV; foster grandparents, Dana and Rex Vance of Mt. Hope, WV; special mention, Anna Mead of Henderson, WV; several aunts, uncles and cousins; best friends, Dakota Vance, Jillian Pino and a multitude of other friends that were equally important but too numerous to name. A funeral service will be at 1 p.m., on Saturday, January 10, 2015, at Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, with Pastor Bert Flora officiating.
