Elizabeth McConihay, 94, of Point Pleasant, passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2017, at Pleasant Valley Hospital.She was born March 6, 1923, in Point Pleasant, a daughter of the late Antona Wolfingbarger and Olie (Flowers) Wolfingbarger.Elizabeth was a graduate of Point Pleasant High School Class of 1942. She was a member of the GFWC-Woman's Club of Point Pleasant and a homemaker.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William H. McConihay Sr.; a son, William H. McConihay Jr.; two sisters, Lena Cook and Carrie Johnson; and six brothers, Clyde, Carl, Mason, Tony, Sanford and Curtis Wolfingbarger.She is survived by three sons, Curtis C. (Loretta) McConihay of Gallipolis Ferry, John (Charlene) McConihay of Battle Creek, MI and Emmons McConihay; two daughters, Debby (David) Heade of Point Pleasant and Vicki (Lee) VanMeter of Letart; a brother, Albert (Yvonne) Wolfingbarger of Sycamore, IL; ten grandchildren, Jeff (Rachael) McConihay, Tom (Christy) McConihay, Christine (Mike) Herrera, Robert VanMeter, Doug (Richelle) VanMeter, William (Tressa) VanMeter, Jill Heade, Sommer (Jon) Morgenstern, Curtis C. (Megan) McConihay Jr. and Matthew McConihay; and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.A memorial service will be 4 p.m. Saturday, December 2, 2017, at Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, with Rev.
