Edward Keith Blake, 82, of Glenwood, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2019, at Heritage Center in Huntington, WV. He was born March 4, 1937, in Huntington, a son of the late Erva "Judy" H. Blake and Sadie Rose (Wray) Blake. Ed was a member of Ball's Chapel Church in Ashton. He was a graduate of Hannan High School, served his country honorably in the United States Army during the Korean War and retired from Goodyear Chemical as an operator. He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Connie and Robert Sanders of Southside; son and daughter-in-law, Tony and Lynette Blake of Ashland, KY; two sisters, Wanda Bush of Asheville, NC and Lois Stewart of Alabama; brother, Brian Blake of Alabama; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He is also survived by special friends, Emma Long, Jerry and Mary Bias, and Glen Johnson. There will be no public services. Burial will be in the Ball's Chapel Cemetery in Ashton.
