Drema J. Roberts

Drema J. Roberts, 71, of Gallipolis Ferry, went home to be with her Lord surrounded by family, Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at home. She was born December 28, 1950, in Gallipolis Ferry, a daughter of the late Grover F. "Joe" Nibert and Virginia P. "Jennie" Nibert. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Karley Watson. Drema was a graduate of Point Pleasant High School Class of 1969.She was a retired store manager for Fruth Pharmacy in Point Pleasant and in her spare time she loved to go and have fun and spend time with her family. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Ricky L. Roberts of Gallipolis Ferry; daughters and sons-in-law, Selena and James Higginbotham of Point Pleasant and Courtney and Virgil Watson of Rutland, OH; grandchildren, Makinley Higginbotham, Braylon Higginbotham, Ethan Watson and Emily Watson; a sister, Jeanie Nibert of Gallipolis Ferry; and special companion Harley. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, August 13, 2022, at the Faith Gospel Church in Gallipolis Ferry, with Pastor David Grigsby officiating.Burial will follow in the Roberts Family Cemetery in Gallipolis Ferry.Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday, at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant.
