Dottie Lou Adler

Dottie Lou (Huddleston) Adler, 55, of Point Pleasant, died Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at home. She was a homemaker and former employee of Tudor's Biscuit World in Point Pleasant. Dottie was born September 12, 1953 in Point Pleasant, daughter of the late Basil Edward Huddleston and Hildreth E. (Rogers) Drake. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kevin Sean Adler; one brother-in-law, Larry Adler; and two sisters, Gloria Jean Adler and Yvonne Lee "Bonnie" Huddleston. Surviving is her daughter, Jeannie (Bill) Hawkins of Burton, OH; three sons, Chad (Lindsay) Johnson of Cuyahoga Falls, OH, Sean Adler of Cuyahoga Falls, OH, and Brad Adler of Point Pleasant; one sister, Ruth Ann Huddleston of Canton, OH; two brothers, Tom (Sharon) Huddleston of Point Pleasant, and David Huddleston of Canton, OH; six grandchildren, Lauren Peterson, Austyn Johnson, Ava Johnson, Adam Hawkins, Athan Adler, and Javen Wallace. A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Friday, July 17, 2009 at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant with Pastor Carl Swisher officiating. Private burial will be observed.
