David M. "Skippy" Litchfield

David M. "Skippy" Litchfield, 58, of Southside, passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2021, at home. He was born September 27, 1963, in Point Pleasant, a son of the late Charles Worthy Litchfield and Wilma Ardith (Henry) Litchfield. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Bonnie Litchfield, Ann Gillispie and Linda Bright; and brothers, Randy Litchfield, Bill Litchfield and Larry K. Litchfield. "Skippy" was a member of Harmony Baptist Church at Southside.He was a graduate of Point Pleasant High School Class of 1981, a farmer and loved riding his 4-wheeler. He is survived by sisters, Frances Jeffers of Southside, Rose (Perry) Jeffers of Southside and Thelma Workman of Point Pleasant; brothers, Charles W. Litchfield Jr. of Henderson and Jerry A. (Lori) Litchfield of Gallipolis Ferry; multiple nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews; and his fur baby Tucker. A graveside service and burial will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, November 26, 2021, at Harmony Cemetery in Southside, with Pastor David Radcliff officiating.Arrangements are under the direction of Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant.
